The time has come to say good-bye...to Colorado, not to my blog. However, with all our belongings in storage and a road trip ahead, it might be a while before I can post again. I hope you will all stick around. I promise to be back and crafting again as soon as possible. I did stuff my Stamp! Scrap! and Go! bag full because I wasn't willing to go through complete withdrawl.
On the bright side, I got my writing entry turned in on time. There is one sentence that's KILLING me, though. Ergh! And it's in the opening paragraph. Double ERGH!! Nothing I can do about it now. I guess that's the joy and pain of writing. As soon as you let it go, you see something you want fixed.
I am treating the upcoming American Christian Fiction Writer's conference as my writing deadline. I have about half a novel left to go, so I need to buckle down and get it finished by September. Again...that won't be easy with almost all of my writing books in storage. I did pull out a few I thought would be the most helpful right now, but it's not quite the same as having everything available.
Wish me luck! Oklahoma, here we come.
Until next time,
Becca
Are you being stationed there, Becca?
ReplyDeleteBye, Becca. I'll miss you. I pray you and your hubby have success in Oklahoma. Best wishes on your book! I anticipate more news on its success :-)
ReplyDeleteWow, there is a lot going on for you! Good luck with everything!
ReplyDeleteHi Becca, I'm also on the NovelTrackWriting for ACFW but I've not posted just yet! I'm hard at work on my contemporary and I have my sights on a historical that I'm researching for by bits and pieces!! I'm praying for Colorado and I'll add your connection to your new home to the list! God's blessings to your pen and settling in!
