First up is a card for general occasions. It is entered in the following contests:
Mojo Monday #173
Heart 2 Heart
The shoe is new from CTMH and I'm absolutely in love with it...as you will see in a moment. I stamped it in Pear and then used my sponge brayer to add the Sky color. I added the beads and tacked the green ribbon on top of the blue one with Liquid Glass. What did I ever do before Liquid Glass came along? BTW, a trick I learned for storing it is to make sure you lid is on tight and keep it upside down.
I think I like the proportions on this next one better, though. What do you think?
Now for the added bonus...
So there you are, two for the price of one...a "twofer.
And in case you are wondering, the blue tarp covering my roof seems to be protecting well enough. No water has leaked through. Yeah!
Until next time,
Pretty fabulous stuff you have here. You did great with this color challenge I love your sentiment and your pins and beads are fabulous! So glad you got a chance to play along with H2H!ReplyDelete
These are all fabulous! I agree with you about the proportions of the second card, and what a great sentiment for this shoe stamp. Thanks for playing along with our color challenge at H2H. And I adore your pillow boxes too!ReplyDelete
Such pretty projects! I too like the 2nd card better. Love that sentiment too!ReplyDelete
Beautiful, Becca! And so creative! Just thought I'd stop by after reading your wonderful devotional posted on FaithWriters. Loved your analogy! It's amazing to realize we're clothed with the righteousness of Christ, but it IS important to allow others to see that we DO struggle with things, and point them to Christ in the process. Have a blessed week!ReplyDelete
Becca, you've been busy! I absolutely LOVE that quote, and I love all the details on your card. Thanks for playing along with us at H2H this week (and I like the one with the sky matt around the quote!)ReplyDelete
